Title: | Efficient antenna modeling method for microwave tomography | Authors: | Subotić, Miloš Palfi L. Pjevalica, Nebojša |
Issue Date: | 13-Jan-2017 | Journal: | 24th Telecommunications Forum, TELFOR 2016 | Abstract: | © 2016 IEEE. Microwave tomography is a microwave imaging method in which the resolution is limited by noise and modeling errors. To gain on performance, antennas are usually approximately modeled. This paper presents a method for efficient and accurate antenna modeling in a 3D FDTD. Appropriate selection of antenna types makes accurate modeling efficient. Two antenna types suitable for MWT and efficient modeling are simulated and compared by metrics relevant for microwave tomography. | URI: | https://open.uns.ac.rs/handle/123456789/3434 | ISBN: | 9788674666494 | DOI: | 10.1109/TELFOR.2016.7818828 |
