In this paper, we present an analysis of the hybrid satellite-Terrestrial free-space optical (FSO) cooperative system. The analysis is performed under consideration of the decode-And-forward (DF) relaying protocol, where the FSO channel is assumed for relay-destination link. The land mobile satellite (LMS) link is described by two-state Lutz's model. The Gamma-Gamma distribution is used to model the intensity fluctuations of the optical signal caused by atmospheric turbulence. The outage probability expression is derived. Numerical results are presented.
