Abstract: Numerous materials and devices with memristive effect have been reported so far [1]. Opening possibilities for novel applications in the digital and analog circuits, neuromorphic computing and bioelectronics. We present characteristics of resistive switching devices, memristors, based on TiO2 active layer fabricated by ink-jet printing.
