One of them refers to the development of new ways of self-management, i.e. the tendency of employees to utilize their abilities and skills the best they can, and organize them in time at their disposal as rationally as possible. Organizing work activities during the working hours in a qualitative manner is essential for the organization. Time planning and management is one of the most important success factors of the organization, regardless of the type of its activity.
