Interesting question that arises from this trend is: Is it enough to follow traditional models where the motivation, development of different skills, and the final results of future engineers are expected in the way they are forced to attend classes and record their presence? Or is it necessary to reach for creative new models aimed to motivation for continuous operation, serious approach for solving problems, while, at the same time, development of skills. This paper presents a model which combines all the above elements. Studies have been supported with two-year study, with the application of student-mentor-opponent (SOT) model were doctoral student of industrial engineering and management were tested. Also, it has been made the analysis of the impact of model on the development of engineering skills that are leading to the final academic excellence of future professionals, scientists, researchers, etc. | URI: | https://open.uns.ac.rs/handle/123456789/9121 | ISSN: | 15822214 |
