Abstract

Fatigue is one of the most complex problems of contemporary work manifested in the form of the decrease of performance, employee productivity, motivation fall, occurrence of mistakes at work affecting human relations. The paper presents the symptoms of the fatigue in practice, fatigue types, modern fatigue theories, fatigue impact to professional capability with the employees. Organisation management information on the occurrence of the fatigue may impact the controlled management of work productivity with the employees. Applicable purpose of the fatigue research points out the recommendation to decrease the fatigue with the employees.
