Сажетак:	© 2014 IEEE. In this paper we propose a solution of a RESTful application programming interface (API) for a cloud based digital television (DTV) content provider. The system described is responsible for the acquisition of data from the digital television transport stream, retrieving of the related content from the Internet and its exposure to the clients. The focus of the paper is on the REST architectural style and how it affects the overall design of the system.
