Abstract: Establishment of independent internationally recognized, measuring and technical infrastructure for wheat quality evaluation would form a system of wheat delivery, storage and paying according to quality. Established near infrared transmission (NIT) instruments networks worldwide are characterized by systems that support the network functioning and application of appropriate procedures like standardization, periodical interlaboratory comparisons, controls of calibration accuracy etc. These procedures provide uniform quality control in the network system as well as transparency and objectivity of all subjects involved in the wheat production.
