Abstract: | <p>U radu su ostvarene sinteze (+)-muskarina i njegovih biološki aktivnih stereoizomera, (+)-<em>epialo</em>-muskarina. (+)-<em>epi</em>-muskarina i (-)-<em>alo</em>-muskarina, zasnovane na konceptu hiralnih templata i na D-glukozi kao hiralnom prekursoru. Pri tome su sve neophodne hemijske transformacije hiralnog prekursora izvedene u potpunosti stereo-hemo- i regio-specigično, što je rezultovalo dobijanjem svih intermedijera i konačnih proizvoda u enantiomerno čistoj formi.</p> <p>Stereospecific synthesis of (+)-muscarine and its biologically active stereoisomers (+)-<em>(+)</em>(+)-<em>epiallo-</em>muscarine, (+)-epi-muscarine and (-)-allo-muscarine have been achieved by using the concept of chiral templates and D-glucose as a chiral precursor. All chemo- and regio-specifically,whereupon all the key intermediates as well as the final products were pbtained in enantiomerically pure form.</p> |
