In this paper, proposed design of CMOS precision rectifier is presented. The proposed circuit consists of voltage to current converter designed with positive second-generation current conveyor (CCII+), CMOS AB current rectifier and current to voltage converter. The precision rectifier is designed in low-cost Austriamicrosystems (AMS) 0.35 μm CMOS technology. The design and operating principle of rectifier circuits are described in details.
