Sažetak: © 2017 IEEE. In this paper, proposed design of CMOS precision rectifier is presented. The proposed circuit consists of voltage to current converter designed with positive second-generation current conveyor (CCII+), CMOS AB current rectifier and current to voltage converter. The precision rectifier is designed in low-cost Austriamicrosystems (AMS) 0.35 μm CMOS technology. The design and operating principle of rectifier circuits are described in details. Results of simulations in Cadence software demonstrate the performance of the proposed circuit.
