Issue Date: | 1-Jan-1968 | Journal: | Microchemical Journal | Abstract: | The method for rapid semimicro- and microtitrimetric determination of magnesium in magnesium stearate was developed. By this method magnesium stearate was dissolved in a mixture of ethanol and pH 10 buffer solution (9:1) and magnesium was directly titrated with 0.001 M EDTA solution using methylthymol blue as indicator.
