Identification of knowledge and skills needed on the lab our market, i.e. new programs, implies systematic analysis of organization, local community or sector having in mind social and economic inputs on macro level. Analysis of needs for knowledge and skills should provide information about people who need them, about the jobs they perform or will perform and about the products themselves or about the processes that are results of their r work.
