Sažetak: © 2018 IEEE. Continuous technological improvements have led to paradigm shift in industrial production. New concept, named Industry 4.0, is becoming more and more present in manufacturing companies. Even though advanced technologies are in the focus of Industry 4.0, there is a necessity for organizational improvements as well. Since organizational innovations represent a prerequisite for introduction of advanced technologies in manufacturing companies, there is a need to investigate which are the most appropriate in this context. Particularly, the focus of this paper is on manufacturing companies from developing country. For this purpose, data taken from European Manufacturing Survey are used. In this paper, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) was employed to determine the weights of criteria, while Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations (PROMETHEE) was employed to rank organizational innovations. It was found that in the context of Industry 4.0, organizational innovations related to work organization and design and training and continuing professional development of employees and management of complex systems are the most appropriate for manufacturing companies from developing country.
