Abstract: Digital Stochastic Measurement (DSM) method provides Fourier coefficients by using dithered samples of the measured signal. In this paper we evaluate the uncertainty bounds of this method, and compare our results with the Cramer-Rao Lower Bound findings. © 2012 IEEE.
