Authors: Gnjatović, Milan

Journal: 2011 19th Telecommunications Forum, TELFOR 2011 - Proceedings of Papers
Abstract: This paper summarizes some aspects of my previous work in the field of adaptive dialogue management in human-machine interaction. It focuses on the dialogue management functionalities of modeling context information (including the emotional state of the user), and of dynamic adaptation of the system's behavior according to the current state of the interaction. It discusses design considerations and implementation issues in development of an adaptive dialogue management module, and exemplifies them for two prototype systems. © 2011 IEEE.
