Journal: AIP Conference Proceedings
Abstract: Electrons in cylindrical quantum dots are studied in this paper using the Green's function method, suitable for analyses of spatially deformed structures. It was shown that physical characteristics of quantum dots depend on configuration coordinates. The thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of cylindrical nanorods are calculated. Their dependence of temperature is analysed and compared with ideal structure. © 2012 American Institute of Physics.
