The concept of the learning organization has received substantial attention in the academic literature since the learning processes have been emphasized as a source of competitive advantage. Among the many factors that influence the development of learning organization leadership is emphasized as a key factor. Despite the importance that leadership has in this process, relationship between learning organization and leadership has been relatively understudied. This paper aims to reduce this gap by proposing a research on how authentic leadership influence characteristics of the learning organization at the individual, group and organizational levels. In order to examine this relationship, employing of the Dimension of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) instrument along with Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALQ) is proposed.
