dc.description.abstract© 2014 IEEE. System for light intensity measuring and GPS positioning of street lighting in Novi Sad and its neighboring villages is presented in this paper. Information obtained by measurements will help improve the quality of street lighting and make the maintenance work more efficient. An overview of intelligent lighting system with proposals to improve the quality of street lighting for a relatively low investment is presented. Elements of cost-effectiveness analysis are presented.en
