It was shown that 25 at.% of copper content in investigated system induces changes in the structure of glass matrix. In investigated amorphous thin films with high copper concentration of 25 at.% presence of one or a mixture of cage-like molecules (As4Se4, As4Se3) and As2(Se1/2)4 ethylene-like units has been confirmed; those structural units were not detected in samples with 0 to 5 at.% of copper. | URI: | https://open.uns.ac.rs/handle/123456789/6536 | ISSN: | 15848663 |
