Optimal conditions for resolution of saccharides present in natural honey, high fructose corn syrup, starch hydrolyzates of DE 17, DE 40, and DE62, and Jerusalem artichoke raw juice on Zorbax‐NH2 or micro Bondapak‐NH2 column are presented.
