A fact is that more than two thirds of all Serbian industry includes low-tech and medium-low-tech companies. These companies should implement tools and methods that are simple and low cost, but effective and helpful in a way that will increase their productivity and product quality. This paper suggests such a method for obtaining production cycle time components, and verifies it through a case study conducted during three years in one Serbian company. Practical result of this research is that application of the proposed method leads to reducing production cycle time, increasing production time, increasing production and increasing overall satisfaction and engagement of the executor.
