The paper presents a mathematical model of the system for regulation of rolling thickness on five strands twin train. The pressure that the piston axial pump gives servo valve regulates by piston pressure over the rollers on the rolling strip. The main feature of these tandem rolling strips is the existence of several rolling stands with individual rollers starting, aligned one after another. Every rolling stand has an electric drive motor and a device for adjusting the gap between rollers. Metal sheet of certain thickness leaves unwinder and passes through rolling stands. Metal sheet is progressively being laminated under the pressure of the rollers and reeled onto the winder. Stretch-forming of sheet metal which on this occasion is realised, enables high-quality sheet metal, regarding to uniformity of its thickness. In the general case straining sheet metal is very complex function of rollers speed of two adjacent stands and it has been created under the influence of electromotor pulling power. | URI: | https://open.uns.ac.rs/handle/123456789/4026 | ISSN: | 13104772 |
