Abstract: <p>U okviru ovog istaživanja ura&ntilde;ena je morfo-anatomska analiza i analiza hemijskog<br />sastava vegetativnih organa populacija vrsta Salsola soda, Suaeda maritima, Halimione<br />portulacoides i Salicornia europaea group. koje naseljavaju kontinentalne i maritimne<br />halobiome kao i analiza zemlji&scaron;ta na kojima rastu ispitivane biljke. U radu je dat detaljan opis<br />anatomske gra&ntilde;e vegetativnih organa svih ispitivanih vrsta.<br />Na osnovu morfo-anatomskih karakteristika listova i stabla analiziranih vrsta utvr&ntilde;eno<br />je da se u njihovoj gra&ntilde;i nalazi kombinacija halomorfnih i skleromorfnih karakteristika kao<br />odgovor na uslove sredine koje ove vrste naseljavaju. Ove karakteristike su naročito izražene<br />u listovima vrsta Salsola soda, Suaeda maritima i Halimione portulacoides, odnosno afilnog<br />stabla kod Salicornia europaea group. Hemijski sastav vegetativnih organa ispitivanih<br />obligatnih halofita, ukazuje da one imaju sposobnost usvajanja i nakupljanja velikih količina<br />katjona u vegetativnim organima, naročito jona natrijuma.<br />Po sadržaju katjona u vegetativnim organima istraživanih vrsta i na osnovu morfoanatomske<br />analize stabla i listova, populacije koje naseljavaju kontinentalne halobiome su se<br />jasno odvojile od populacija sa maritimnih halobioma. Primenom RAPD metode utvr&ntilde;eno je<br />da su populacije Salicornia europaea group. iz Srbije i &Scaron;panije genetički najbliže.</p>
<p> The morpho-anatomical and chemical analyses of vegetative organs of the following<br /> species: Salsola soda, Suaeda maritima, Halimione portulacoides and Salicornia europaea<br /> group., that appear both on continental and maritime saline areas, together with analysis of the<br /> soil, have been conducted. The descriptions of anatomical features of vegetative organs in<br /> analyzed species are given in this paper.<br /> Analyzed species have affinity to accumulate cations in vegetative organs, especially<br /> Na+ ions. Morpho-anatomical studies of analyzed species have shown that each population<br /> has a combination of halomorphic and xeromorphic characteristics. These characteristics are<br /> dominant in leaves of species Salsola soda, Suaeda maritima and Halimione portulacoides, as<br /> well as in stem of Salicornia europaea group. Results of the chemical compositions and<br /> morpho-anatomical leaf and stem features have shown that populations of analyzed species<br /> from inland and maritime saline areas are clearly separated.<br /> RAPD analysis has indicated that populations of Salicornia europaea group. from<br /> Spain and Serbia are closely related.</p>
