In this paper, the possibilities of efficient targeted delivery of drugs by using nano-devices are pointed out, with special emphasis on the physical properties of used materials. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of the phonon subsystem in the above-mentioned structures since it is expected that it can play a significant role in the transport and release of drugs, as well as in the biodegradation of the carrier nanomaterials. Nano-devices used as carriers also need to have properties that make them suitable for biomarkers so that they can be transferred to precisely defined sites in the body.
