dc.description.abstract© 2017 IEEE. In this paper, we propose one solution to enable voice control within the existing home automation system. The solution integrates the available online voice recognition engine with the existing home automation system. First, we describe the proposed architecture and system components. Then, we verify the correctness of the implementation. Also, we confirm that the response time of the proposed solution is acceptable for practical purposes.en
