Abstract: | <p>Retenciono ponašanje nekih derivata anilida ispitano je na različitim tankim slojevima i u HPLC koloni primenom hromatografije na normalnim i obrnutim fazama. Nepokretne faze bile su silika gel, celuloza, skrob, aminoplast i RP-18 faza. Ispitani su retencioni mehanizmi na ovim nosačima. Uspostavljena je korelacija između R<sub>m</sub><sup>0 </sup>vrednosti i parametara lipofilnosti molekula.</p> <p>Retention beahvior of some anilides in normal and reversed phase TLC and HPLC chromatography has been investigated. Silica gel, cellulose, starch and C-18 bonded stationary phases were used as a supports. Retention machanisms on this suports has been investigated. Correlation between R<sub>m<sup>0 </sup></sub>values and lipophiclity parameters was established.</p> |
