Abstract: | <p>U radu su opisane sinteze novih B- i D-estranskih derivata u cilju dobijanja jedinjenja sa izmenjenim biološkim delovanjem u odnosu na izvornu hormonsku aktivnost polaznog estradiola, odnosno estrona. Odabrani predstavnici pomenutih klasa derivata podvrgnuti su odgovarajućim biološkim testovima.</p> <p>Pathways of synthesis of new B- and D-estrane derivatives were developed in order to get compounds with altered biological functions compared to hormone activity of the starting estradiol, i.e. estrone. The selected representatives of the afore-said classes of derivatives were subjected to biological test.</p> |
