Issue Date: | 1-Jan-1990 | Journal: | Food Biotechnology | Abstract: | Mutant strains of Chaetomium cellulolyticum were obtained by adition of different quantities of zinc (as ZnCl2) into growth medium. These strains were tested for protein - enriched feed production by solid state fermentation of roughly grounded, and of alkali - pretreated corn stover.
