dc.description.abstractThis paper describes a heuristic method and a developed software package for the restoration of distribution networks for the purpose of reconstructing normal operating conditions. Proposed methodology uses fuzzy set approach, heuristic rules and mix integer programming method for solving the network restoration problem. Important implementional aspects of the methodology and the results of its application on red-life distribution networks are presented.en
