Sažetak: Today no one would dispute that enterprise software (e.g. ERP system) has become important cornerstone of an enterprise's ability to successfully compete in the global marketplace. Different strategic intentions of implementing ERP systems affect the effectiveness aspects at the stage of postimplementation ERP. There are different research approaches which try to develop models for ERP success measurement or information systems (IS) success measurement in general. The measurement of IS success or effectiveness has been widely investigated throughout the IS research community. Theorists, however, are still grappling with the question of which constructs best measure IS success. This research paper shows some of the most important models developed in the literature and an overview of the different approaches of the models. Also, re-examine the updated DeLone and McLean model of ERP systems success. The updated DeLone and McLean model was applied to collect data from the questionnaires answered by 117 users of ERP systems at four selected companies in Serbia. Finally, this study suggests that the first three dominant success factors of selected companies are related to the quality dimensions, meaning that the success of implementing ERP system is largely determined by the quality dimensions.
