Title: | Synthesis and Sintering Behavior of Nanocrystalline ZrO2 - 3 mol% Y2O3 Powders | Authors: | Srdić, Vladimir Radonjić, Ljiljana |
Issue Date: | 1997 | Journal: | Key Engineering Materials | Abstract: | Two different wet chemical techniques, alkoxide and chloride one, were used for synthesis of the of the nanocrystalline ZrO 2 - 3 mol% Y 2 O 3 powders. Both powders, after calcination at 600 °C for 1 h, are ultrafine having crystallite size around 14 nm and intercrystallite pores on the approximately same size. The better sinetability shows the chloride nanocrystalline powder, probably due to the weaker agglomerates presented in it. | URI: | https://open.uns.ac.rs/handle/123456789/13787 | ISSN: | 10139826 |
