Catalytic titrations: Plenary lecture

Abstract

The application of catalysed reactions to the detection of end-points in titrimetric analysis has led in the last twenty years to the development of numerous methods of titration. After a brief historical overview and a consideration of terminology, the theoretical and experimental foundations of catalytic titrations and their applications, limitations and selectivity are discussed. © 1987, the Royal Society of Chemistry.
