The contemporary production using the processing method of removing materials has since recently implied the new machine tools concept use. Among them, the significant place belongs to parallel mechanism-based machine tools. The paper describes the methodology and programming system for analysis of parallel mechanisms' workspace. The purpose of analysis presented in the paper, is to determine the impact of specific factors onto workspace shape and dimensions. Also, systematization of the obtained results presents the basis for criteria defining for the synthesis of parallel mechanisms in automated cycle.en
