Abstract: The main feature of our time is the change. Overall human surrounding is in comprehensive and profound changes. The intensity of those changes varies in various fields of people's activities. In the field of the education of managers, the changes in the technology are fast and enormous. Information technology and media development offers tremendous opportunities for changes in the education system for managers. This paper explains a particular idea for the change in the education technology, based on the analysis of the communication analysis and modern trends in media role. Actually, this paper gives the view of the management education in the electronic culture of the communication and its implications on the media knowledge of the managers. The main question that this paper tries to answer is - what a manager should know about media? The purpose of this paper is to develop and explain the idea of the education of the managers based on the available knowledge in the field of media, informatics and information technology.
