Distribution network restoration after the fault of supply transformer

Abstract

An algorithm for distribution network restoration following a fault of the supply transformer HV/MV is presented. The algorithm utilizes available spare loading capacity within the MV network. Using this algorithm, it is possible to obtain the unique strategy after the fault of every single supply transformer in the distribution network.
