Abstract: The Green function technique, in the case when these functions depend on two pairs of spatial indices, is developed in this work. The calculated Green function was used for finding of the concentrations of the electrons whose momenta are lying in the narrow momentum layer enveloping Fermi surface also. It was found that those concentrations are dependent on indices n x , and n y . The main conclusion of the analysis is that autoreduction effects take place in the nanorod. This is the consequence of the fact that the transition from configurational space into momentum one is not isomorphic transformation. It is shown that the specific, non-uniform, skin effect takes place in the quantum rod: The maximal electron concentrations are along the edges of the rod. The maximal concentrations are at the chains passing through subrods vertices. The dimensions of momentum space are less than those of the configurational one.
