dc.description.abstract | This is a report of a very rare case of idiopathic spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) as a cause of acute coronary syndrome in premenopausal woman. Emergency surgical repair of the dissecting left anterior descending artery (LAD) had a favorable outcome. The patient survived the operation without postoperative complications and was well and without recurrence one year after surgery. © 2007 Indian Association of Cardiovascular-Thoracic Surgeons. | en_US |
