Abstract:	© 2015, METALURGIJA. All Rights Reserved. The presented work investigated the cytotoxicity of direct metal laser sintered (DMLS) and cast Co-Cr-Mo (CCM) dental alloy. In vitro tests were done on human fibroblast cell line MRC-5. There was no statistically significant difference in the cytotoxic effects of DMLS and CCM alloy specimens. The results of this investigation show good potential of DMLS Co-Cr-Mo alloy for application in dentistry.
