In this paper the author presents Marx's understanding of ideology based on his critique of Hegel's philosophy of law. In order to understand Marx's concept of ideology, one must first understand his critique towards Hegel. It is the opinion of author that from Marx's critique of Hegel's philosophy follows the differentiation between rational ideology which conceals mystifications and which belongs to conclusive consciousness and ideology of spirit which reveals mystifications in speculative way of thinking in relation nature-spirit, finalityinfinity. We will show what the true basis of ideology is and what conditions necessarily need to be met in order to overcome the alienation.en
