dc.description.abstract | <p><span style="vertical-align: sub;">Predmet istraživanja ove doktorske disertacije su kvazibinarna halkogenidna stakla sistema </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">As<sub>2</sub></span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">S</span><sub><span style="vertical-align: sub;">3</span></sub><span style="vertical-align: sub;">-GeS<sub>2 </sub>dopirana jonima erbijuma. Sinteza stakala izvršena je metodom kaskadnog zagrevanja </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">i potom kaljenjem na vazduhu. Od pedesetih godina prošlog vekaaplikativni značaj halkogenidnih </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">stakala proizilazio je iz njihovih optičkih parametara (transparencije, koeficijenta apsorpcije i </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">indeksa prelamanja) te su bila nezamenjiva u infracrvenoj spektroskopiji. U novije vreme su dobila </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">na značaju kada je počela primena halkogenidnih stakala kao aktivnih optičkih elemenata (lasera, </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">pojačavača) u optoelektronici. Savremena istraživanja su usmerena na razvoj „integrisane optike“ </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">koja teži da zameni elektronske komponente u optičkim komunikacionim sistemima. </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">Dugogodišnja istraživanja halkogenidnih stakala su ukazala na mogućnost njihove primene u </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">optoelektronici, posebno ukoliko se u matricu stakla dopira element iz grupe retkih zemalja. U </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">okviru istraživanja, prikazanih u ovoj tezi, analiziran je uticaj erbijuma na fizičke osobine matrice </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">stakla izabranog sistema i ukazano je na mogućnost primene ovih stakala u ptoelektronici. </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">Istraživanja su prvenstveno obuhvatila određivanje značajnih optičkih parametara: širine optički </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">zabranjene zone, određivanje disperzije indeksa prelamanja, karakterizaciju fluorescentnih i </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">Ramanovih spektara nakon kojih je izmereno i kvantno pojačanje signala. Konačno, izvršeno je </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">ispitivanje mehaničkih i električnih osobina, koje u velikoj meri utiču na aplikativni značaj ispitivanih stakala. Dobijeni rezultati su pokazali da uvođenjem erbijuma u matricu stakla dolazi do </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">malih promena ispitivanih parametara. Iako su istraživanja pokazala da u ispitivanom intervalu </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">koncentracija dopirani element nije uzrokovao značajne promene u strukturi stakla, veoma je bitno </span><span style="vertical-align: sub;">istaći da je kod dva uzorka sa najvećim sadržajem erbijuma registrovano kvantno pojačanje.</span></p> | sr |
dc.description.abstract | <p>Subject of this dissertation are quasi-binary chalcogenide glassesof As<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub>-GeS<sub>2 </sub>system, doped by erbium ions. The glass synthesis was carried out using cascade heating and then tempering in the air. Since the fifties, the importance of application of chalcogenide glasses stemmed from their optical parameters (transparence, absorption coefficient and refractive index) and they were indispensable ininfrared spectroscopy. In recent years, they gained prominence when startedthe application of chalcogenide glasses as active optical elements (lasers, amplifiers) in optoelectronics. Modern research has focused on the development of "integrated optics", which seeks to replace the electronic components in optical communication systems. Terms studies of chalcogenide glasses are pointed to the possibility of their use in optoelectronics, especially if the matrix glass doped by element from the group of rare earths. In the research presented in this dissertation, the influence of the physical properties of the erbium glass matrix selected system and points to the possibility of using these glasses inoptoelectronics. Research has primarily consisted of measuring important optical parameters: the width of the optical band gap, refractive index dispersion determination, characterization of fluorescent and Raman spectra, after which it was measured and the quantum amplification. Finally, an investigation of the mechanical and electrical characteristics, which greatly affect the application importance ofinvestigated glass. The results showed that the introduction of the erbium glass matrix comes to small changes in the studied parameters. Although studies have shown that in the investigated concentration doped element did not cause significant changes in the structure of the glass, it is extremely important to note that in the two samples with the highest content of erbium registered quantum amplification. </p> | en |
