dc.description.abstract<p>U radu je ostvarena vi&scaron;efazna sinteza novih analoga tiazofurina sa fluoro, azido ili različitim amido grupama u &scaron;ećernom segmentu nukleozida, polazeći od D-glukoze, preko odabranih 2,5-anhidro heksoza kao ključnih intermedijera. In vitro je ispitana citotksična aktivnost novosintetizovanih nukleozida protiv različitih ćelijskih linija humane leukemije i čvrstih tumora.</p>sr
dc.description.abstract<p>Multi-step syntheses of new analouges of tiazofurin with fluoro, azido or different amido groups in carbohydrate moiety of nucleosides, has been achieved starting from D-glucose, by use of selected 2,5-anhydro sugar derivatives as key intermediates. All nucleoside analogues were evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxicity against several human leukaemia and solid tumour cell lines.</p>en
