dc.description.abstract<p>Construction&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; Dams&nbsp; and&nbsp; power&nbsp; stations&nbsp; Đerdap&nbsp; coused&nbsp; meny&nbsp; hidrological&nbsp; and&nbsp; ecological&nbsp; changes&nbsp; which&nbsp; resultet&nbsp; in&nbsp; apearance&nbsp; and&nbsp; expansion&nbsp; of&nbsp; auatic&nbsp; vegetation&nbsp; in&nbsp; parts&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; Danube&nbsp; corridor.&nbsp; Development&nbsp; of&nbsp; aquatic&nbsp; vegetation&nbsp; is&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; same&nbsp; time&nbsp; result&nbsp; and&nbsp; consequence&nbsp; of&nbsp; further&nbsp; shelowing&nbsp; the&nbsp; litoral&nbsp; zone,&nbsp; so&nbsp; it&nbsp; is&nbsp; to&nbsp; be&nbsp; expected&nbsp; that&nbsp; their&nbsp; abundance&nbsp; will&nbsp; continue&nbsp; to&nbsp; grow&nbsp; and&nbsp; they&nbsp; will&nbsp; cover&nbsp; larger&nbsp; areas&nbsp; that&nbsp; are&nbsp; now&nbsp; permanently&nbsp; flooded. Accumulation forming process is not over, and the best indicators of changes that it couses&nbsp; are&nbsp; aquatic&nbsp; plants,&nbsp; their&nbsp; qualitative&nbsp; and&nbsp; quantitative&nbsp; compossition.&nbsp; One&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; main&nbsp; priorities&nbsp; is&nbsp; to&nbsp; continue&nbsp; monitoring&nbsp; of&nbsp; aquatic&nbsp; vascular&nbsp; plants&nbsp; in&nbsp; Danube,&nbsp; in&nbsp; order&nbsp; of&nbsp; recognition&nbsp; the&nbsp; size&nbsp; of&nbsp; succesion&nbsp; along&nbsp; banks,&nbsp; and&nbsp; the&nbsp; upstram&nbsp; movement&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; upstream&nbsp; border of accumulation.</p>sr
