Abstract: In this paper, the proposed design of a temperature compensated MOSFET-C band-pass filter with automatic tuning is presented. A Tow-Thomas filter topology with full differential operation amplifier is used. The filter is designed in 0.35 um Austriamicrosystems (AMS) CMOS technology. The proposed filter is intended to be used in the measurement systems for filtering analog sensor signal, so focus during design was on linearity and noise issues in the filter. The design selection procedure and operating principle of filter elements are described in details. Results of simulations in Cadence software demonstrate the performance of the proposed circuit.
