Efficiency analysis of high-frequency high-power tuned amplifier HFHPTA using PSpice non-linear vacuum tube model was discussed. Vacuum tubes qare used as active elements of high-power amplifiers into the radio-broadcasting transmitters. The standard goal in the balance of power analysis of HFHPTA is to find optimal operating conditions which cause long service life for active elements. The injection of harmonic signals into the output carrier signal was used in order to improve power balance.en
