dc.description.abstract | Damage of graft fibers is a complication that can happen during arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament. It usually occurs while pulling the neoligament through the tibial tunnel, inserting the femoral screw, or doing additional notchplasty. Protection of the graft with a polyethylene tube can reduce the risk of graft laceration. © Springer-Verlag 2005. | en_US |
