dc.description.abstract | A new instrument is reported for shape factor determination for radiation exchange between a finite and an infinitesimal surface. The underlying principle for shape factor measurement by this instrument is based on a single optical projection of intercepting surface contour on an oblique axis coplanar with the normal of the infititesimal surface. The range of measurement covers values from 0-1 for shape factor. The error is estimated analytically. © 1977. | en |
