In this paper, an example of successful cooperation in the field of education is presented. As a part of an international educational project, comprising nine countries, and fifteen universities, a "crash-course" on "Software Engineering" has been conducted at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, by a professor from Germany and assistant from Serbia, with the unselfish help from the local professor from Albania. After the fifth conduction of a course, in this paper we present our experiences, share the knowledge gained, depict the difficulties we encountered, and describe the satisfaction we come upon.
