It is shown that the recent internal conversion data favour the I=1/2 value if the penetration effects in M1 conversion are fully taken into account. The 191 keV transition is found to be an M1 +E0 mixture with 41 (2)%E0, although the measured K conversion coefficient is smaller than the theoretical βk(M1) value. © 1975 Springer-Verlag.en
