A set of basic functions for drawing self-similar pictures in a purely functional programming language has been implemented. The implementation is based on the creation of a library of several functions, convenient for usage with self-similar drawings. The main educational value of this implementation lies in the ability to introduce more inventive thinking, offering more natural ways of unifying a program with data structures and in serving as a ready-made prototyping tool.en
