dc.description.abstractAfter theoretical considerations of organizational changes, the research findings were presented in relation to the following: the selection of the optimal model for implementation of organizational changes in the maritime company that is the subject of analysis and establishing of the character of the correlation between the organizational changes, the productivity level and the ship service time (components related to cargo handling operations). Through the implementation of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, it has been identified that the optimal model for implementation of organizational changes in the maritime company being the research subject is restructuring. ©2010 IEEE.en
